Please read the TOS before placing any orders on www.invisibra.co.uk. By using this website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.
We may modify or update the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Please read the TOS and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the TOS then you must immediately stop using the Site.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
All prices listed on the site are inclusive of VAT.
We reserve the right to alter prices of our products on our website from time to time.
If the delivery address is located outside the EU, VAT will not be charged during checkout.
Discounts and Sale items
Discounts and Sale items are subject to the availability of stock. We reserve the right to alter terms of sale on discounted items from time to time. Please note that all Sale of discounted items are final and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
When your order is over £70 and you are situated in the UK, delivery is free via Standard(3-5 Working Days) Royal Mail 2nd Class service.
We aim to process deliveries within 24 hours. We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday. All orders placed after 3 pm on Friday will be processed on Monday.
We use Royal Mail for economy deliveries and DPD or DHL for all next day deliveries. For international destinations, delivery charges will vary depending on the destination country.
For UK orders:
Economy deliveries are not time guaranteed. If you need the item urgently within the next 7 days, we recommend that you pick express delivery. Postage costs will not be refunded due to delay in delivery.
Express deliveries means that you will receive your order the next day from dispatch. This does not mean you will receive it next day from the day you place your order. Orders can be dispatched the same day only if we receive it before 3 pm. Please note that DHL do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. If you place your order after 3 pm on a Thursday, you will not receive your item until Monday.
For International orders, we use a tracked service for all deliveries. Delivery times provided below are estimates, we will not be held responsible for delays that occur to your delivery.
Europe: 3-7 working days
USA and Canada: 3-5 working days
South America: 10-18 working days
Asia and Australia: 3-9 working days
Western Asia (including Dubai, Qatar, Israel): 4-8 working days
Insufficient or incorrect addresses supplied or failure to pay import taxes
If your order cannot be delivered due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied, or if you fail to pay any local import duties and taxes that may arise, your order will be sent back to us. The cost of this will be deducted from your refund.
Your shipment is insured while it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. A signature will be required for any good delivered. Once the goods are delivered to you, the responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
If a person other than you has been specified as the recipient (such as a gift), then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Lavalia Limited and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Delay in customs and other surcharges
We have no way of knowing whether your delivery will be held in customs or whether it would be subject to any import charges or other customs surcharges. It is your responsibility to find out from your country’s customs department the procedure of importing goods and whether goods entering your country are subject to charges. Once your delivery leaves our possession, we will not be held responsible for any delays or extra charges it may incur.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchange as all sales are final. We will only accept returns if the product you have received is in some way faulty or damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. The item is not deemed faulty by reason of being a wrong size or not of the colour or style you anticipated or damaged as a result of normal wear and tear. It is also not deemed as faulty because it does not give you the results you anticipated. This includes whether you deem the support inadequate or the bra size correct. Furthermore, if you have any medical condition including but not limited to skin allergies, psoriasis, hives, eczema, seborrhoea, hyperhidrosis, we do not advise you to purchase our adhesive bras as these conditions will affect the performance of the adhesive.
If you find material defects to the product after trying it, despite following our proper instructions for use and care, we will issue you with a full refund of the product as well as the delivery cost. Please email us as soon as you find the defect and state the particulars of the defect, clear photographic evidence is essential. In the event that your claim is successful, you will be offered a choice of either a new product or a full refund. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
You have 28 days (from the date you receive your order) to return faulty items. Returns received after 28 days will not be processed and you will not be refunded and items will be destroyed.
If you have decided to cancel an order before receiving your item, please contact us as soon as possible. If the item is yet to be dispatched, we will issue you a full refund. If the item is already dispatched, it is essential that you take delivery and return the item to us via our returns process. You may loose the right to return if you refuse to take delivery of an item. We do not have an agreement with our courier companies whereby rejected orders are automatically returned to us. To exercise your right to cancel, the item must be kept in a resalable state. For the InvisiBra collection, this means that the plastic film on the cups must not be removed. If the plastic film is removed, this automatically renders the item as used and will not be eligible for return, exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us provided you give us written notice. Notice can be given any time after your order has been placed, up until 7 working days from the day after you received you order. Notice of contract cancellation under the DSRs must be given in writing to: Lavalia Limited, 4 Brunswick Terrace, The Knoll, Beckenham, BR3 5LL, or by email to email@example.com.
For orders cancelled under the DSRs, we will issue you with a full refund excluding the shipping cost. Cancelled orders should be returned to Lavalia Limited, 4 Brunswick Terrace, The Knoll, Beckenham, BR3 5LL. All items must be returned unused and in their original condition, from the original delivery country.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice.
Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order under the DSRs if you give us formal written notice of cancellation any time after your order has been placed, up until 7 working days from the day after you receive you order, by email or post as described above.
All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to Lavalia Limited or otherwise used by us as permitted by law.
You agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial home use only.
To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site you may need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
To be eligible to purchase goods on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must register your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated.
Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the Lavalia Limited terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to Lavalia Limited, who have authorized Lavalia Limited to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. Lavalia Limited reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
By making an offer to purchase merchandise you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks (if necessary) to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.
Additionally, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock.
Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro debit cards, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. For orders of in stock items, payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Lavalia Limited. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. In case that the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Lavalia Limited we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take reasonable care to make our Site secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Global Payments, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
Any personal information collected during your visit at our website will only be used to process and fulfil your order. Your details will never be shared with third parties unless it facilitates the fulfilment of your order such as giving your telephone number to the delivery company or when it is required by law in connection with any legal proceedings or dispute. Your details may also be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. We may use your personal information to send you marketing updates but you may opt out if you prefer. We will never sell your details to third party marketing companies.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on invisibra.co.uk. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
